Once registered, we’ll send an SMS text confirmation. After that, you will receive:
- Certification of Incorporation – both printed and via email
- Jordans’ articles of association with model articles –digital and six bound copies
- Company register
- Form AA01 to change the company’s accounting reference date
- Electronic first board minutes, company registers and share certificates
- Copy of incorporation documents from Companies House
