• Electronic Dormant Accounts. The Dormant Company Accounts event has been updated to allow for the electronic filing of forms DCA and AA02.

• Company Data Import. The company data import facility in PCSec has been upgraded.Importing companies into PCSec via the Add company from JordanWatch web link now includes additional data from Companies House on the current officers of the company and their service address details.

• Jordans Document Image Bank. Order images of documents filed at Companies House directly from within PCSec for only 50 pence. All users now have access to our comprehensive library of images filed at Companies House over the last 6 years.

Each image can be viewed on-screen and is automatically emailed to you for your records. Choose weekly or monthly invoicing with a fully detailed listing for reconciliation purposes Please see Guidance Notes

PCSec software contains a fully integrated electronic filing module which allows you to send the following forms directly to Companies House over the internet:

AP01  - AP04 Appointment of director & secretary (individual & corporate)
TM01 & TM02 Termination of director & secretary
CH01 – CH04 Change of details of director & secretary (individual & corporate)
AD01 Registered office change
SH01 Share allotment
AA01 Accounting reference date change
AA02 Dorment company accounts
