Administrative restoration - £300 plus VAT and disbursements
Appropriate for companies struck off for failing to file returns or accounts at Companies House and which were in operation at the date of striking off.
Our service includes:
- Obtaining the consent of the Crown representative to the restoration
- Comprehensive list of returns that are outstanding for filing at Companies House and the amount of fees and/or penalties payable thereon
- Preparing and filing the restoration application and associated documents at Companies House

Restoration by Court Order - £975 plus VAT and disbursements.
Applicable to companies struck off at the request of the directors or in other circumstances where an administrative restoration is not available. Our service includes:
- Preparation of the claim form and witness statements, arranging issue of the claim by the Court and service on all relevant parties
- Obtaining the consent of the Crown representative to the restoration
- Establishing any outstanding requirements from Companies House
- Serving the Court Order on Companies House and obtaining confirmation of restoration
Please note: Jordans is unable to assist with a restoration where:
(a) the claim is to be made by a person other than a director or member of the company; or
(b) the dissolved company is to be wound up by a liquidator after restoration.
