Annual Returns
Essential company information must be filed at Companies House each year. You will receive the completed form three months before the filing deadline. All you need do is confirm your business activity and sign.
Annual General Meetings
You will be reminded when your meeting is due. A customised worksheet will be forwarded to you and on completion all the necessary documents will be prepared for you.
Annual Accounts
To avoid incurring heavy fines from Companies House, subscribers receive several timely reminders of the filing deadline and are kept informed of the necessary accounting requirements.
Register Maintenance
All the necessary registers for your company will be maintained on a secure database to ensure your company details are kept up-to-date and ready for inspection.

First Board Meeting
This meeting, held shortly after incorporation, establishes the basic structure of your company. Minutes of the meeting, all transfer documents and share certificates are prepared ready for signature by the directors.
Registered Office
Companies registered in England or Wales require a registered office in one of those countries. We can offer an address in Bristol or London for the forwarding of official mail and documents, e.g. from Companies House or the Inland Revenue. Scottish companies can use our address in Edinburgh.

Electronic Filing - saving you £15 per year in Companies House fees and allowing you to obtain the protection of the PROOF scheme if you wish to register.
How much will it cost?
Annual fee Public limited company
The annual subscription fee for the company secretarial consultancy is £350 plus VAT where the company is administered by our Bristol based team and £495 plus VAT, where the company is administered by our London based team. Any additional work - e.g. changes to the company's officers, shareholding or constitution - is charged separately. Order now.
