Registered office services for companies & LLPs
A registered office address is required by law so that official mail - e.g. from Companies House or the Inland Revenue - can reliably be forwarded to your company or LLP. The address is often different to the company or LLP's main place of business and must be shown on the company or LLP's stationery.

IMPORTANT: This address must under no circumstances be used as or be advertised as a trading or general correspondence address.
The annual subscription is £110 plus VAT (£129.25) for the Bristol address and £150 plus VAT (£176.25) for the London address. Corresponding postage costs are charged on each item forwarded. Minimal handling charges of 50 pence per item (Bristol) and £1.00 per item (London) are also incurred.
Evidence of identity
Please note that it will be necessary to provide evidence of identity when subscribing to this service. (e.g. certified copy passport or driving licence and utility bill).
