We offer practical advice on how to deal with them, based on sound experience. Constitutional amendments We can assist in changing or modernising constitutions. We regularly deal with: • Reviewing and updating constitutions to match current law and meet your needs ("fitness for purpose"). • Custom drafting of constitutions for new ventures. • Altering of constitutions to facilitate changes in structures and arrangements. Governance reviews and advice We can undertake these for charities, not for profit and voluntary bodies. We aim to provide modern, legally compliant and effective governance regimes, suitable to the particular needs. Company formations Whether you are a not for profit organisation or a charity we can advise you on the most appropriate corporate vehicle. We create documents to fulfil the requirements of regulators such as the Charity Commission, OSCR, Companies House or the CIC regulator. Where necessary, we are able to liaise with them to ensure the incorporation and any subsequent registrations proceed as smoothly as possible. Training services and resources we can provide bespoke training and we also offer a range of training resources.
