What information can I access through connect?
You can currently access your company's statutory and compliance information together with some personal information on the directors and members of the company. To see example reports, click here.
You can also download copies of the company's register of directors and register of members.
The information available for your company consists of:
- Company name, number and jurisdiction
- Registered office
- Current directors or all director
- Share capital and current members
- AGM and Annual Return filing dates (where relevant)
- Account filing dates (where relevant)
- Your company's SIC industry code (where supplied)
- Details of your Jordans' administrator
The information available for each director or member consists of:
- Name
- Address
- Date of birth (where required)
- Occupation (where required)
- Nationality (where required)
Only information that is available on the public register at Companies House may be accessed. No confidential information, such as beneficial owner information, is stored on our database and so there is no danger that this information can be accessed.
