The following draft statutory instruments to be made under the Companies Act 2006 have been published:
- The Companies (Registration) Regulations 2007 (to come into force on 1 October 2008) dealing with certain aspects of forming a company under the Act: Draft SI;
- · The Companies (Shares, Share Capital and Authorised Minimum) Regulations 2007 (to come into force on 1 October 2008) addressing issues concerning shares, share capital and a company's authorised minimum capital, including issues relating to reductions of share capital: Draft SI, Impact assessment; and
- · The Companies (Fees for Inspection and Copying of Company Records) Regulations 2007 (to come into force on 1 October 2007) giving details of the fees for the right to inspect and acquire a company's records: Draft SI, Impact assessment.
