"We've seen considerable demand for our articles updating services and also our reduction of share capital service. Clients are coming to grips with the implications of the new Act and the changes made have bedded down. With articles updating we are seeing some clients taking this up straightaway as they want consistency across group structures whilst others are waiting to tie this in with other corporate events.
On the downside our phones have also been ringing off the hook with clients querying how to complete statements of capital. "Exactly how does this make my life easier?" seems to be the common refrain. Thankfully, BIS have been prompt in responding to the concern."
