Hugh has been operating in the financial markets for over 30 years. After graduating from the University of Sydney in 1983, Hugh joined Peat Marwick in the Taxation Services area. In 1987 he joined Chase AMP Bank in Sydney as the Australian head of tax, moving into the Structured Finance field in 1990. He remained at the bank through its incarnations as Chase Manhattan Bank and JP Morgan Chase until April 2004, when he held the position of Head of Structured Finance Asia Pacific.
Hugh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney.

Mark, a Chartered Secretary with extensive experience of listed and regulated firms, and stakeholder management, joined Jordans from Computershare, where he was Senior Internal Auditor, and previously Head of Product Development. Previous roles include Governance Manager with RBS and Assistant Company Secretary at Scottish Power plc.
Mark is also a founding member and convener of the ICSA Bristol and District Network; a group of governance professionals who regularly meet to discuss the latest developments in corporate governance. The ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) champions good governance practices to governance professionals.
