WEBINAR

LATEST CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DEVELOPMENTS IN THE UK

Corporate governance is the corner stone of any good business. It encompasses the processes, practices and policies that a company relies on to make formal decisions and to manage the company.

However, with so many interested parties (FCA, LSE, FRC, proxy analysts, Companies House etc.) it can be difficult to keep on top of all the changes in our Corporate Governance world.

This webinar summarises the major developments in UK corporate governance and explains how they will impact your business.

In this webinar we’ll cover:

  • What the change to AIM Rule 26 means for AIM companies and how adopting the QCA Code should assist with compliance.
  • The key changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code and their impact on corporate governance arrangements.
  • How the revised guidance on the Strategic Report will help companies with their Annual Report disclosures.
  • How the new Section 172 reporting requirements may affect your organisation.
