Thank you for your enquiry
You can enter your own registered office or select to use a Jordans registered office (Bristol, London, Edinburgh, or Northern Ireland).
Every company must have a registered office. It is an address to which all legal and official documents will be sent. The address must be in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Your company need not trade from the registered office although you must be sure that documents delivered to the address reach the directors quickly. Changes to the company's registered office address must be notified to Companies House.
The company's first registered office address determines which country it is domiciled in. Once chosen, a company's domicile cannot be changed.
Directors must provide their usual residential address.
If you do not wish the directors' residential address to appear on the public record, you may provide an alternative service address. The service address WILL be publicly available and can be the company's registered office or another address of your choice.
Company Secretarial & Registered Office Service
Jordans Trust Company will provide professional secretarial support to the company ensuring that the company’s statutory obligations are being met. We will appoint a professional company secretary and designate an experienced Corporate Governance consultant to the company to meet your needs.
The Corporate Governance consultant will prepare and hold the company’s statutory registers and records. We will also prepare and file the company’s Annual Return, remind you when statutory accounts need to be prepared and filed and assist with the filing of these accounts.
Also included in this service is the provision of a registered office address which can be situated at our Bristol, London or Edinburgh office.
